Yoga 101: A Beginner Series (January 9 - March 13)
This series is truly for the beginner to learn yoga with time spent each class to review and instruct certain postures in detail as well as a review of the previous week. Each class builds the previous. In this series students will learn:
Basic breathing techniques
Names and alignment of fundamental postures
Classical and Sun Salutation A
Students are required to bring their own yoga mat, straps, and 2 blocks. This series also includes a manual for first-time participants.
