Power Yoga Series at Sheil Park (January 7 - March 11)
Power Yoga incorporates slow vinyasa while holding postures for a longer period of time to develop proper alignment while increasing strength. This class is open to beginners and modifications will be provided to celebrate everyone in their practice. Participants must be able to get up and down off of the floor as well as able to put pressure on their hands and knees.
Students are required to bring their own yoga mat, straps, and 2 blocks.
