Yoga for Stress Reduction Series Spring
This series focuses on stress reduction for both the mind and body. From a physical perspective, this class targets the stress on the body from a modern lifestyle behind technology and focuses on stretching the hips, lower back, hamstring, shoulders, and neck with some core strengthening. It also incorporates stress reduction techniques that will include breathing and mindfulness practices. Participants must be able to place pressure on their hands and knees and get up and down on the floor.
